Alexandra will host her 2nd Annual Cycle for CARES on Sunday, OCTOBER 30th at 5:30pm Cycle Town in Hingham, MA

Alexandra’s message: As many of you know, I am very involved with the CARES Foundation, a national not-for-profit organization that supports patients and families living with Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, a genetic disorder that affects the adrenal glands and that James was born with almost nine years ago.  Much of our education, and support in the early years, is thanks to CARES (  They are a small but invaluable group that does so much to support the CAH community.  Erin Waldner has once again graciously agreed to volunteer to teach the 50-minute spin class and Cycle Town has once again generously offered their studio. For $35, you will be able to end your weekend with an awesome workout, followed by refreshments and a chance to help a great organization.”
